I have bought 4 plots in Neemrana and three in Haridwar, and my status is similar to yours. Please let me know if you have got your refund and suggest what can be done.

I HAVE ALSO INVESTED IN THE PROJECT OF VIAN.THEY ARE NOT GIVING THE REFUND.I HAVE INVESTED IN HARIDWAR PROJECT BY SHRI KRISHNA BUILDTECH ASHOKA BLDG. BY MR.GAUD.THEY ALL ARE FRAUDY AND MAKE AFRAUD OF CRORES.THEY ALL MAKE FOOLISH CUSTOMER BY GIVING DATES OF NEXT MONTH AND WHEN THEY COME ON NEXT MONTH THEY GAVE THEM NEXT DATE.WHAT IS THE SOLUTION?

Vian Infrastructure — how can i get money back ?
Sir,I have booked a plot of 120sq yrds in Vian ganga project in sep.2008.I have paid 50% of total amt of plot in two instalments.
But now i am unable to contact them, coz they had shifted there office which not in my knowledge.Meanwhile i have heard that Vian is a fraud company.
Now wht i should have to do ?

We meet Mr Sandeep & Mr Tarun of Vian Infra on 10th march 2010 at 3E/14 jhandewalan Ext office, & as per their final commitment they will inform us latest by 05th april, 10 either they are going to hand over plot to us or refund back our money, & to update all of you that we are 35 people who are facing same problem like others, & after 05th april 10 we are going to knock EOW door, If any body will join our Form please send their contact no @ mail ID to [protected]@gmail.com

Dear All affected parties by VIAN,
I am also one of the investors in Vian and I had invested in plots in Jaipur and Neemrana, which later got converted by Vian into flats . Vian had issued cheques for interest against possession of flat, except two cheques none of the other cheques were cleared.
I am interested in joining this group to fight against VIAN, who are a big fraud company. We can not leave them easily.

THe Vian is a Fraud Company. They haev not done any development and Have Duped the consumers of their Hard Earned Money. We all should come at a forum and Fight for our Money Back.

I have the same case, I have paid full amount of Rs.450000/-Aprrox.For haridwar plot.But after paying final amount I am waiting since last April to handover the plot .Vian people are giving every time next month date.I dont know when their assurance will be full fill.
If Any one form a forum and want to file any complaint jointly I shall be with them.

yeh log ek cheater hai EOW mein case kar rakha hai sab log mel jayo.

i have visited the site[vian ganga] only two days back [on 3rd April 2010]. ten labourers and one earth mover were working on the site. this is an eyewash. they are trying to collect more money from the innocent customers simply by saying that work is in progress. there was no construction material at the site.

Vian has sent letters to all it's customers, indicating that they are not fraud and going to registry of the plot/Villa and also refund money after Dec.2010.
Pl. note that this is only a gimmic, they are not going to do anything
UNKE KHOON MEIN HE FRAUD BHARA HUA HAI.
They just want to dilute the agitation against them, so that poeple can become quite & calm.
Their first priority is to bring their chairman out of Tihar Jail, not doing any development or return money.
Therfore I request all the persons, cheated by Vian pl. make unity, come together and tell Vian a lesson so that they compel to return our hard earned money.
