I fully agree with this.Vian is a Fraud No. 1 company, which can not do anything more than making fool of so many customers.

I had too invested with VIAN infrastructure for their JAIPUR project. I had buy 200 Sq Yrd plot in Sector 5 in 2006. Recently i had visited the site and got to know that there is no 4 and 5 sector exist. There is no signs of any development. I had visited their delhi office in Jhandewala but no response from there also.

Vian Court Case dates are: 7th July, 13th July and 5th August 2010. Two of the cases relate to Vian properties and one case relates to a stay order against the arrest of their MD, Mr. Surya Thapar which was filed by the mastermind of the whole operation, Mr. VK Sharma who has managed to abscond and evade arrest so far.

we request you to try and get as many people as possible to the High Court on these dates to make a favourable impression on the concerned judge. it would certainly make a difference when the judge sees only a police inspector or when he also sees many victims of the fraud. All the three cases will be heard in Court No. 32 of the Delhi High Court near India Gate.

Here is a big relief and ray of hope to all o[censored]s. I would appeal all of you who have posted and will post their sorrows and griefs on this platform to come forward and fight against these crooks.

Under the leadership of Mr. Yashpal Arora, who is fighting a very fierce legal battle against vian, is contemplating of filing liquidation petition against vian. The money generated will be disrbitued among vian victims. An association to lead from the front has been set up and registration will be done within 15 days.

All of you are requested to do following 3 steps:

1. File your complaint in Economic Offence Wing @

Additional Commissioner Of Police,
C-22/23, Udhyog Sadan,
Qutub Institional Area, Near Mehrauli,
New Delhi.

Meet IO of this case, Mr. Mukesh Walia, and record your statement. He can be met after 4 PM at same address.

After the association is registered, we will send you a letter to become member of the association.

I also invested in Jaipur, 200 yards in sector 3 and I have a similar story and I have visited site 10 days back and no developement has been done, there is no marking and they have changed office so many times in NCR region and hence there is no question that there has been a fraud and hence we should fight for our share and be united.

I also invested in neemrana project net paid 3.15 lakh from dec-10 to jan-2008. they promiss me that we will give the possession of the plot after full payment and waive of EDC charge. so the made a full payment in jan-2008. but they cheat me and make false promise. to day i fully fedup with their false promises. i have register my complain to the economic offense wing delhi. after 5 years i found that they are totally fraud and make false promise. at starting i donot beleive that this company is fraud. but this companay is total fraud.

what will the end of this is very big question. is the govt help to refund the amount of the investor.who has give them their hard earned income?

I request to all the investor we should fight against the fraud continue for refund our hard earned money.

i request authorities to take legal action against vian infra. ltd.

i invested in jaipur . but till now no respose from any one . i found their office in kailash colony (address-- HS 13 kailash colony market, 1st floor, kailash colony)but it was close, . one guy told me that they have date on 19 th jan 2011. after that he will talk about it, but he is not picking phone now.

I am also a victim of VIAN Jaipur project. I purchased a plot 200 yards for Rs. 5.5 lakhs and got its registry also. But nothing has been done on ground and it is difficult to make out which plot they have registered.
