VIAN INFRASTRUCTURE LTD — no progress in the project @indore by vian infrastructure

We have booked 2 plots in VIAN HILLS @ INDORE in the year 2006 .However there is no progress in the project.The company is not responding to us in the matter.The said company may please be directed to return the booking amount along with intrest at the earliest

i introduce myself that i am vipin agrawal from bhopal , i also booked plot in vian hills indore project,and give 1,62,000/- i.e 30% of payment but not getting any possession and sick from their fraudlent & irresponsible behavior, even i did not apply for refund money

now, what to do pls guide me to take my money back

I have given money to Vian infrastructure ltd of rs150000/in 2006 but no correspondence and no plot given to me till today what will I do
