We have booked Plot in Haridwar (H-5746) with priority allotment number
DH 1321. Neither we have received the allotment nor refund of the amount we deposited.

I am booked vian infra project plot size 120 sq. Yd. And 50% payment by vian infra haridwar. But i have not got the possession of the plot till date. Request someone to update me on the recent developments / court verdict, etc.in this regard, and detail in this case received in crime branch delhi.

D As per company proposal I have applied and an amout of rupees 468750 deposite with the company against plot in the project vian city jaipur sale and buyer agreement has ben exe cuted with the company.after depositing of 50%amount the plot was to be proposed possession but I have deposited 50% and 5monthly installment also but there is not possession or any reply from the company iam felling to be cheated by the company...

i had booked 22 plots in Vian infrastructure ltd in their Neemrana projects. I had Paid Rs.14700 in each bookings.

since then i had approached them several times but there is no response from their side.

As i m a service class and i dont have capital , request you to guide me how to take refund of my Rs. 348000/

I had booked plot at Jaipur location in Vian infrastructrue ltd in 2007 through head office at Cannuaght place at New Delhi.

I had booked plot of 200 square yards and above 60 % payment had been done by us. But now Vian infrature ltd is not have any contact number for any communication and are not doing any calls.

Company had given reference number 2836 at initial time.

I am feeling that this company has cheated with me as per seeing so many complain of fraud .

We have booked plots alongwith booking amount at Vian Nimrana Project in Rajasthan:-

1. Customer Code NR-4579, Vijay Aggarwal / Mahender walecha( Joint name) Plot area 120 Sq.Yds @ Rs. 2770/-. Advance of Rs. 16,620/- deposited vide Cheque No. 794605 dated 04.12.2006, Your receipt No. 3770 dated 06.12.2006.

2. Customer Code NR-5529, Kamlesh Bansal Plot area 200 Sq.Yds @ Rs. 2770/-i Advance deposited , of Rs. 27,700/- in cash. Your receipt No. 4840 dated 13.12.2006.

3. Customer Code NR-5531, Vijay Aggarwal Plot area 200 Sq.Yds @ Rs. 2770/-i Advance deposited , of Rs. 27,700/- in cash. Your receipt No. 4842 dated 13.12.2006..

There was no progress at their site. Hence we have deposited our original documents to Vian Barakhamba Office in the month of Jan 2007 and the same were returned alongwith Vian Letter dated 28.01.2007 therein they had mentioned that refund application will be considered in March 2008.

In march 2008, Vian again not accepted our refund application and returned the documents and told us that acceptance date was over and we shall be accepted refund application in Dec 2008.

In jan 2009 we had approached again Vian office at Brakhamba Road and surprised to note that Vian Infrastructure Ltd Refund section has been shifted to Gurgaon and then we gone to Gurgaon office and Your Officer Mr. sandeep given a list of Documents which were required for refund.

Ater Preparing all these documents we approached to Vian Gurgaon office and we had been informed that the application will be accepted in April 2010.

We again approached to Vian office in Gurgaon but again Vian office was shifted to Jhandewalan and orginal documents of 3 plots were submitted on 12.05.2010. Inspite of our various visit to your office till writing this mail we have not received refund of our money alongwith interest.

On 6th Jun 2011 we again visited your office at Jhandewalan and we shocked to hear that your office has been closed. then I try to contact on phone but no number was OK.

Now, we request you Please look into this matter and registered our case and try to refund the money from Vian Ifrastructure Ltd at the earliest.

Deposited the whole amount of plot with vian infrastructure at Haridwar. The developer is not giving the posse4ssion nor refund of money.

I have paid Rs 15 lacs for jewar project as per the companey's requirement. companey has neither returned the double of my amount nor has given any pplot at jewar till date.

dear sir i had made booking with company in haridwar project n paid 150000 to the company but the company had not given any development progress report niether given any type of progress i went to thier office for my refund they had told me to make a refund application n i have applied for the same but i have only recieved 30 k after that only assurance they have shifted thier office to jhandewalan i went thies they assured me to give pmt by dec 2010 but when i went to thier office thier was no office no tel no r working

vian infrastructure ltd made agreement to allot plotvide registration H 6071 TO chander kanta BUT fraudlently registered saledeed with sh DEEPAK which is a case of 420.Registery is made in the office of Sub register roorkee. on 26th august 2010.at bahi no 1 ,jild 931 page 297 to306 no4576. Amount paid to VIAN INFRASTRUCTURE LTD RS 416980.00 BUT no allotment is made till date .Directors are already in thiar jail .Kindly arrange to take action for 420 which has been done to me. Dear All, I would like to bring to your notice that we had booked 5 Plots out of which 3 Plots belongs to me.2 at Haridwar ( Code No.H-5231 & H 5232 & 1 Plot VR-115).We all are chasing for the last 2 Years & met Mr.Hemant Tekchandani & Mr.Dhar, but nothing actually happened.Then this July I lost my Father.Afterward I again went their Office at Vijaya Bank Bldg, on 21/07/2008.Fortunately on that day many people were there & all were demanding the refund.All people suffered from Vian Bounced Cheques and all.Finally Police arrived & in the commotion Vian Director Mr.Thapar ran out of the office.Now I had submitted Cancellation Form with the Company but nothing happened so far.This Company is full of crooks.I am agree with all to immediately make a Union & alongwith Media let's go & talk to these guys.Otherwise seeing the pathetic condition I fear these guys may run out of these country, then we all will be in deep trouble.My Name is Pradeep Sharma & My Contact No.is[protected].

i have booked a plot in haridwar project of vian infrastructure ltd in 2007 n paid abooking amt of around 25000 after 6 months they again raised a pmt letter of rs 88000 i have paid this amt too .by chance i went to haridwar and i went to the given site there was no site office nothing on the given land i come back to delhi and went to there office their they replied i[censored] donot want to continue u give cancellation we will refund ur pmt in 3 months i done the same i have applied cancellation after three months when i went to thier office they said that they had said that they will confirm how they will make pmt after three months they have given so manydates i went so many times to thier office but they have not given a single peny. after around 20 rounds and so many discussion they have given 30000 rs and again they r nt giving pmt

Their bombay project was to come up & i gave them 3, 00, 000 as initial payment on 18/5/07.I waited for 6 months after that but there was no news of the project so i asked for my refund .After 6 months of persistence they gave me 6 cheques[3/5/08] of 50, 000 each, out of that only one cleared, rest all bounced .After calling them almost every day for another 7 months they sent me a payorder of 30, 000 2/12/08.I dont know when &in how many pieces they are going to refund my money.It is a sad state of affairs .There are so many complaints against them . I wish my voice is heard by people who have the same problem .We could unite and teach them a lesson.[protected]@ulltrapestcontrol.com

My Name dushyant singh, i have booked 22 plots in vian neemrana in diiferet names of my family memebers at the rate 2450/ i paid 14700/ for each plot, company is asking me my balance money and where as i feel there is no work going there. m facing lots of difficulties as that money was only my family had. when i see my coolegues who have got refunds, compant has given post dated cheques and dont see if those cheques will be paid.

But i have still not received my amount till today 14 Novemeber' 08.PF People wants me to give them some commission for releasing my pf money.
