This was with regards to the problem that I am facing with Vibes Koramangala , Bangalore . That my wife got a discount voucher at a shopping for hair treatment and was eventually be fooled for a bigger package which was apart from that service. .

Before the discounted service was given my wife was pushed so hard that she used the Debit Card ICICI (Transaction Number : MID: 50063850:TID:25189121, Invoice #: 001866: Batch # : 001348), to pay a big amount of 11030 INR.

After paying the amount , which was a mistake by my wife , she actually realized the quality of service was horrible at the center. She was made to wait for almost 4 hours for petty things like facial , billing of Manicure and pedicure was done also , but the services to be offered later for which she paid the bill separately . Obviously it is poor service.

Now she feels that the discount voucher was a trick to attract customers and sell off their petty service.
When we called for appointments and asked for refund of money apart from the service which was not used they simply refused in spite o[censored]s requesting them and telling them we do not want further services from Vibes Koramangala.


Now I have been trying to find a solution as to what should be done with this respect.
Obviously there are many things in life which I have to take care , hence do not want to indulge in Police FIRs as It wastes my time as well and I could be under a risk of ending up in Courts . However I want to teach these people a lesson .

Can you please advise as to what exactly can be done with this regards?. As the attitude shown towards their customers is truly pathetic. Like when you call to the respective person she has to be busy all the time with some other client. You cannot speak to their respective manager as they say I am the manager. If you do a findings on the net, you will find many complaints against these culprits.

It is not about the money, it is the mental tension of getting be fooled by someone pushy and not able to do anything about it , both to me and my wife.

Please note the package Distribution Services listed below is yet not availed. The service of them was known after the discounted price treatment was offered after the next package was made for which a separate payment has been made.

I have paid 40000 Rs. for unlimited sittings for laser treatment of my face. I have undergone more than 12 sittings but still there is no result and positive outcome for that.

Whenever I call Vibes for taking the appointment; they say Machine is not there.

When I go to their center to take the appointment; they say they will call me next week and give me appointment and they don’t call me back.

When i want to talk to their manager; they answer that manager is busy with client. Call after half an hour. As if I am not their client.


I have been calling them for taking appointment from Feb 2011 last week and till date they have not given me any appointment. I would have made 30+ calls.

This kind of irresponsible behaviour after taking the full money and without any positive outcome; has filled me with grievances and I logged in here to raise this complaint. I am not sure where to go to seek help.

I HAVE ENROLLED IN VIBES KOLKATA GIRISH PARK FOR FACE AND NECK LASER TREATMENT, I GOT 7 SESSIONS OF LASER ALONG WITH 5 HYDRATING SESSIONS. AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT FIRSTLY I WAS PROMISED TO GET A HAIR LESS FACE AND NECK BUT GRADUALLY WHEN I STARTED TAKING SESSIONS I NOTICED NO SUCH IMPROVEMENT IN HAIR REMOVAL THEN THEY CONFIRMED ME THAT IT IS A HAIR REDUCTION PROGRAMME AND NOT A HAIR REMOVAL PROGRAMME. AND QUANTITY OF HAIR REDUCTION VARRIES FROM INDIVIDUAL TO INDIVIDUAL. AFTER FOUR FULL SESSIONS WHICH WAS PROMISED TO LAST 45 MINS EACH BUT INDEED THEY WERE ONLY 15 MINS LONG, I RECEIVED NO REMARKABLE RESULT. THE HYDRATION TREATMENT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE 25 MINS LONG WHICH WOULD INCLUDE FACE CLEANING, MASSAGING WITH HANDS AND WITH ULTRA SONIC MACHINE AND FACE PACK. THE FIRST SESSION WAS FINE BUT FROM THE SECOND SESSION IT BEGAN TO LAST ONLY 5 MINS OF FACE MASSAGING WITHOUT ULTRASOUND MACHINE AND A FACE PACK. WHEN ASKED ABOUT IT THE GIRISH PARK EXPERTS NAMELY SEEMA SINGH AND ROSHNI CHATTERJEE BEHAVED HORRIBLY WITH ME AND THEY SIMPLY SAID ME THAT WE ARE SUPPOSED TO GIVE YOU THIS MUCH ONLY.AFTER FOUR FULL SESSIONS I HAVE NOTICED NO REMARKABLE CHANGE TILL NOW.
I CONFIRM THAT ROSHNI CHATTERJEE AND SEEMA SINGH IN GIRISH PARK BRANCH OF KOLKATA VIBES IS MISBEHAVING WITH THE CLIENTS OF VIBES. THEY SHOULD RATHER KNOW HOW TO WIN THE HEARTS OF CLIENTS BY GIVING A PROPER SERVICE IN A PROPER MANNER AND AS PER VERBAL PROMISES MADE BY THEM.

I joined vibes for chemical peel for pigmentation and paid Rs. 30000 and they told that it will be fully cured. After each session of treatment, I was telling that there is no effect of treatment but they were telling that after some weeks, it will give you results and they took full money but after full treatment also, pigmentation is as it is. All the doctors and workers don't know anything, they are just taking the money, also their service is worst. Now they are not giving my money back

Complaint about service :
I have paid for laser face hair removal,i called vibes reception for apponitment, they kept me postponing til 2 weeks saying that machine is not available at their place and i have to go to sadasiv nagar.Finally i agreed and i was taken by a lady for first session while returning i came wth my conveyance.They told this wont happen next time.

For second session i called for appointment.They told still machine is not there in thippsandra branch and they wil call me.After one week same lady fix the appointment as i told that im going out of station and wont be available.When i went on appointment day, she was nt available and kept me waitin, the receptionist dint have any updates regarding the session.Finaly they told that its postponed and come after few days.

This is the bad service which Vibes(Thippsandra branch) provide.We are not treated as customers as we have to go behind vibes people so that we cn do for what we paid. When they take money from us, they treat in different way, when service required we have run behind them ,they dont update the status also by sms or call .

One weekend I got a message from Vibes Jayanagar stating you can reduce weight loss FREE i just called a no. which was given there they confirmed you pay 600 tax amount to join for weigt loss when I visited them to join story was totally different.

they made me to pay 5525/- stating 5kgs only 12 cessions I cannot reduce I need to have unlimited cession my weight should be reduce minimum 13kgs for which I need to pay 25k etcs., finally I bargained then they made it for 5kgs unlimited made me to pay 5525/- my hardened money even now i have been getting stating YOU R THE WINNER FOR PEDICURE/MANICURE ETCS., PAY 99 OR 199 so on.
I took weekly 3 cessions 3 weeks cd not reduce 1-2 kgs. then stopped going there, there r not giving me any kind of support they give diet chart insist us to pay 3500 extra towards massage also.

Please arrange to get money back for me.

i have asked to avail services at any branch of vibes but they are not providing services. i have called them lots of times and informe them about this but every time they are just ignoring and saying concern person is not there and now they are not entertaining mine issue.
once they got to know that i am calling them then they just disconnecting the call and doesn't pic up the call again.

I have been to vibes six months back for a facial.They hav said tat i hav a T-zone and hav asked me to take chemical peeling for 5-6 pimples i had on my face and I paid 6000. After the second sitting the acne has increased too much and I am asked to pay another 8000 for advanced treatment.I still dint get any improvement and the natural texture of my skin is lost. This is jus to fool people.Never ever go for Vibes for any treatment. They will enhance the problem and then start treatment for wat they hav enhanced with no results

Today at 12.50 noon I got into an auto numbered KA 02 A 7766 run by one mr. Muniratnam belonging to some trade union wearing a badge numbered 12709. The distance of travel was from bellandur gate to my residence well under 2 kms from the place I got into. I insited on meter to be put and he said it is not working and was asking for 30 rupees for that. I was ready to give 20 rs and he asked for rs 25. I refused and asked him to stop the auto which he did not do. After reaching my apartment he started arguing with me to give 25 rupees. I talked to my husband of the plight where in he was not letting me get down from the auto. He was using bad language and he tried to hit me too. I was indeed helpless and before my husband and security could come to my help he had snatched my cell phone from my hand and took off with the vehicle. When he saw my security people taking a note of the auto no. he stopped and came back. Luckily my husband was also there by then. He then threatened that he belongs to an union and taken the full money of 25 rs from my husband and took off from there. I would like to register a complaint with your goodself regarding the horrifying incident I went through with this auto driver. I was repeatedly telling him that i will not give more than this money(Rs 20) and wanted him to stop the vehicle if he has a problem with the same. First he was asking for a fare much higher than the one fixed by the government and after agreeing for the same, if they fight in front of our residence, it is a case to be registered for demand of excess fare and abuse of the customer
I plead you to take appropriate actions so that my plight is not experienced by any one else.

Vibes is a fake place. please dont waste your money there. the service is poor. vibes management are fooling the people and taxing them with huge money. They have very inexperienced and less patient dieticians. I joined for slimming course recently and paid around 7000/- for 5kgs. Unexpectedely, I had a job transfer from hyderabad to bangalore after joining this course and I attended only 2 sittings, they refused to pay even 50% of the money back, which is really awful. the local management in vibes road no 1 are just fooling people and their service is very bad. please DONOT waste your time and Money in Vibes. Please findout all details and inspect their facility before you pay any money. please dont believe them blindly when they talk to you. please donot suffer like me.

I joined VLCC Tummy Tuck, At Hyderabad. I paid Rs.10000 for the package. After 2 days of attending the classes, i was diagnosed with UTI ( Urinary Tract Infection), and because of that i had irregular periods. As per doctor's advise i was on rest and had to take extra caution for the same so was advised not to continue the program .
Same thing happened with my friend who joined slimming package i.e weight loss... the company is simply fooling people. and no output people are getting. If someone joins for 5000 package, after completion when desired output is not achieved they say u go for more 5000 package... This is simply fooling people... I advice everyone not to join such company for any weight loss or inch loss program...Its simply wastage of money and that too playing risk with your health... Do not play with your health...
