I had applied for 500 rupees redemption in April, 2011 and the amount was approved by June. But, I have not received any cheque till day. When I brought up the matter with them in July, 2011, they said they had issued the cheque on my name and sent it through professional couriers on 6th June, 2011 and provided me with the tracking number. When I used the tracking number on the professional couriers website, the message said that the consignment number did not belong to professional couriers. When I mentioned this again to the website owners, the only response I got was that the tracking number and cheque issue date. I again sent them an email saying my payment has not yet been received and they simply said that they can't help the matter as the cheque wasn't given back to them either. I tried to contact the owner through facebook to but it was of no avail.

The website would know if the cheque was encashed and after 6 months, the cheques expire and no one can use them. So, it is possible for the website to return my money only if they would attend to the problem. Kindly help. I have received other cheques in the past from the same website without any hitch, this time being the exception.
