[Resolved] Viewsonic Lcd Monitor — Not getting proper service in warranty period | |||
Dear Sir, I had Purchased a 19 inch LCD monitor(ModelVA1903wm)with serial No. QK[protected] which had a 3 year warrantee in the month of July 2007. In between then and now the monitor has been repalced with a second hand unit 4 times as it has not been working. The units that they have also supplied are of substandard quality as you can imagine they are 2nd hand refurbished units. The monitor has again mal-functioned and now when putting in a complaint, Viewsonic tells me to furnish the details of the purchase of the monitor like purchase date which I am sure is a ploy from their side to give their customers a run around as it is one of their executives from their customer service that told me that they have details of every sale and all the warrantee details with regards to that sale. I am sure that viewsonic feels that the consumer must be confused with all the 4 replacements but they fail to understand that I have still got the box of the original purchase and it still hae the serial no of the 1st piece that I had purchased which i have mentioned earlier. monitor is not working since one week and I already registerd but no reply from there .We already informed your service centre in Ernakulam (Kerala) but they told me to reg. complaintPls Do the needful
