BEWARE OF RENAISSANCE.THEY WILL TURN YOU INTO BEGGARS AND MAKE YOU ASK FOR MONEY.YOU WILL PROBABLY BE
PAID MUCH LESS OR NOTHING AT ALL.
Their basic business method is quite simple:-
GET BEGGARS AND RAISE MONEY THROGH THEM. THE MORE BEGGARS YOU GET THE MORE MONEY AND BETTER IT GETS.
WORSHIP COBRA GROUP & UK (a queen[censored]ing country that ran or tried to run, torture camps allover the world and India ).
I would like to share my experience I had with renaissance organisation. I called Sohini, the HR, after seeing an ad.(same ad. format) in an english paper requiring 25-30 management trainees for a UK based company in Kolkata.The venue was near Park Street in Chatterjee International, 13th Floor, Suite No. 12.The promised salary package was Rs. 12-28K p.m..
I went there and the 1st round was very short.I was open for both HR/mgmt. positions.There was only one person present, Mr. kapil.
He gave us a short introduction and told me that if I am selected I would be paid that package during training and there is going to be a second round and I would have to be very punctual (it was bluff).It was over within half an hour and I went home suspicious.
In the second round I was late but still allowed to take an aptitude test of 30 questions with no time limit.Then there was again an interview with Mr. kapil and again he told me all about Cobra, SBU, blah blah.I kept asking him what is the job profile and he kept dodging and was quite unhappy about not being asked questions he is comfortable with. He also tried to divert my attention and humiliate me.After that I was sent to field work with Mr. sengupta. Just what I suspected he kept approaching people, basically big business shops in Burrabazar/Central Metro Station area ASKING FOR DONATIONS in the name of CRY for helping child prostitutes get a childhood and leave the filthy trade.Many avoided him but a few innocent people gave in and he was bragging about how he successfully fooled these people.He approched about 5-7 people and told me that he had fooled 30 people today.He usually took breaks drinking tea and smoking.After that I was supposed to report back to renaissance and see if I am selected. I went straight home and guess what there were no calls from them till now.
My questions not considering other legal & serious issues is:-
How much money on an average each person manages to raise per month ?
Is it possible that it is always much more than Rs. 12000 per month ?
Do these beggars or "management trainees/execs/managers" get paid at all ?
Who is the actual ring leader ?
Who is/are getting the lions' share(s) ? The white brit ?
Lastly another thing,
A guy called karans is protesting complaints against renaissance.I think he is actually karan singh.He is one of the cheats and owner of
renaissance and probably linked to cobra.

i received similar mails from millenium, nirvana and pioneer organizations (dadar though, not thane). was plannin to go for the interview tomorrow but just came across this link by fluke. such a waste of time :(

These guys are big cheats.
These guys are bug cheats. My friend worked in the thane office for 3 months and then left. They barely paid her anything. In fact she was more qualified than the Owner/ VP there. His name is Kishore. He knows nothing. All the people in that organization seem to be sleeping with each other. All the VPs have a secretary to have an affair with. They use bad language, make you slog, show you big dreams, put up a big show, and pay you nothing.
