i worked here for 3 month in these millennium organisation which comes under appco group, cobra group.
they are big cheater company led by chris niarchaos, tony fernandes and big helper for making fraud successful is sai prakas kuckain who is charity head. these company generate their main revenue from charity division. they trained people for asking chaRITY in behalf of cry, helpage india and other NGOs and appco gets 40% money/1000rs raised by them. out of 40% executive gets 16.5 percent commision and remaining goes to company. so these charity is big business ! people donate after listening short story for needy people but in real life these is only business nobody gets help out of these money and i have seen all these fraud in front of me. so, i left these company .. pl dont do charity, dont donate! where appco group exists!..

thanks alot guys i was really thinking of going for interview. but becoz of you all guys a came to know about the fraud company... i also called them in the morning and i actually ask her that i am nt able to come today so wht can i do, she told me it's ok come tmrw.i asked her about training then she told me it is on the job training program so i ask her with pay she said yes.and she said me we will provide u the BDM position after training and after that branch manager.one more experience i am having i went to the company name Global vision it is also the same organisation they hire only girls and send them to collect charity(door to door) for cancer patient.and they train them how to pitch the people it is like begging in front of people(seriously bhik mangna logo se).and the branch manager come to drop u out side the office and they nt allowed u to talk with ur colleges.so beware of such companies...

Don't Ever join this place. The bosses sleep around with all women employes!! Thts about it. I had a horrible experience here for 2 months. I got out as soon as I realised how bad an environment and how much of a waste of time this company is.

Yes... I know so many ppl have given their expert comments already, but lemme share my experience.. I came from a high profile job, did work at times for 12 hours, went door to door and not working with them any more, but THIS EXPERIENCE AND THE KINDA TRAINING I HAVE GOT, HAS MADE ME A LEADER BY EVERY MEAN. I came as shy, low confident person and I thank my trainers and leaders there who understood me and helped me come out of my cocoon. So beware lazy bums. don't join them coz they make u work and if you r lookin' for easy lives with big pay packages.
