My name is Nikunj Agravat and i m student living in Ahmedabad for further studies and i got legal notice at my home in Una (Dist: Junagadh) on my name from JAGAN MEHTA & ASSOCIATES (L.L.B.), Mobile No. [protected] on behalf of VIJAY LAXMI FINANCE LTD., F-58, Jayant Tower, K.K.Road, Chandigarh.

This notice contains Payment of dues and Inspection of vehicle and the truth is i have never heard the name of this company and has not taken any loan from anywhere. It is also written that I[censored] fail to pay den we will file a Police complaint against you.

The agreement Number they had written is:[protected]
Amount of Loan they had written: 3,17,575

1) The Envelope i got is from Normal Post,
2) This envelope has no "RETURN ADDRESS",
3) This letter is not on a professional Letter Head and no address or registration number of Advocate available,
4) No seal of any Advocate or Company in any part of letter,
5) I received a notice in plain white envelope as advocates always use their name printed envelopes......

Plz help me in dis matter.......
I m really tensed.....
