[Resolved] Vijay Sales — selling used product

Vijay sales sells demo products as new products to the customer. The products which are kept for demo purpose are sold to the customer by repacking them. They insist it as new product when in fact the product has been used in the store for couple of months. Anybody knows how the demo products are handled at the show room. Vijay sales salesman conveniently forgets to inform the customer that the product packed in the box is a demo product. I had personally experience this. I agree with you. I purchased samsung washing machine. The delivery boy brought it in a box of another model next day.
Item was packed was just for the sake of transporting a used/demo WM from one place to another (and surprisingly in box of another model!!!).

The store incharge insisted that the piece was opened to see if there was any damage.

This is cheating!

I did not accept it and sent it back. Still waiting for the replacement!!!

Only quality conscious customers should buy products from Vijay Sales. One should not fall in their trap of LOWEST PRICE!!!
