I Bought a GODREJ Referigerator & A SAMSUNG Split AC from VIJAY SALES KALYAN on 16th March & Got the delivery of the same on 19th March, while buying i was told that company person will come to my place for the installation of AC, but after two days no one came, hence we called them to know the status, but we were told that person will come the same day or the next day, i spent the entire two days waiting for him, but the guy never turned up. We kept on following with them, but till date nothing has been done. We spoke to Vijay Sales manager Mr. BIPIN and he assured us that he will let us know the status of the same in 10mins and will update me on my phone and took my number, but hours passed and he has never ranged. We spoke to Ms Harsha for the same we got the same answer that we will sent some one and call you in next 10mins but till date Ms Harsha never called. We spoke to Mr. Mahindra, he also assured us that the AC will be installed within two days time, but today 6days have passed but nothing has been done. "Do i have only this work to call u people and get the same answer over and over again" My parents are of old age and the way VIAJY SALES guys answers, any perons temper will shoot, increasing his or her blood pressure" Are we suppose to undergo such a pain, trauma after paying from our own pocket. "IS THIS THE KIND OF SERVICE VIJAY SALES PROVIDES ONCE THE GOODS ARE SOLD?"
Not only about the AC but after insisting on DEMO for the Referigerator we bought, till date no one has turned up to give us the demo of the Referigerator.
IS THIS HOW BUSINESS GROWS?
IS THIS HOW THE ONE OF THE BIGGEST RETAIL CHAIN OPERATES?
I appeal to all the consumers to Think twice before considering VIJAY SALES as an option for Buying, i don't want the same thing to happen with you guys again.

This is Aseem Jaiswal.
I am suffering from the same problem that Neha faced/facing.
I also bought a Dell Inspiron 15 @ Rs 38000/- from Vijay sales pune & got a 15 month free subscription of McAfee antivirus with it. But after 1 months, software is asking for an update which i am unable to do (coz i am not having the U id & password).
Vijay sales told to contact Dell support, they directed me to McAfee support, then McAfee told they can not give me the u id & pw because of some security reasons. And i was asked to give a invoice as a proof that i got 15 months subscription of McAfee antivirus. but on my invioce copy it is no where mentioned abt the mcafee. So vijay sales promised me that they will give there invioce copy which they got from Dell which shows 15 months mcafee subs.
The above story took 4 months.
And till now i not got the solution.
