The above product as specified on the website in the product specification section is of 66 cms height. However, after delivery it was found out that the size is only 60 cms height. The product/strolley
bag is not of the same dimension as I had PAID for. I was handed over an unfair purchase as the company shipped the delivery only after debiting my account per the purchase price of the strolley bag.
I was notified 2 times by email of the product description, once during purchase (while creating the order) and the other during shipping the product. Both the times I was informed that the product name is
the same as I had purchased. It was only after delivery I found out that the product dimension is different than what I had purchased.
Action taken by me:
I wrote 2 emails to their customer care mail ids. Both of them till date have not been responded.I also tried numerous times on their customer care number[protected] but every time a recorded voice says that the customer care exec. are busy. After which the IVRS says to write a
mail, which was also not responded to.
Kindly, help me get the correct product that I had ordered or ask them to refund my money.
