Hard luggage (Tube Plus STR 65 360 degree VIP) purchased from VIP broke despite minimal usage. Hard luggage marketing is misleading and is entirely based on the unbreakable strength of such products. But real world products are lacking in quality (see attached images). Further, there is no way to reach the customer service of the company except ticket raising on their website, where they reject your claims without any communication. The company provides a warranty of 5 yrs and now not honoring the same (purchase date 21 Jan, 2018; warranty claimed Jun-2021). Kindly repair/replace my suitcase. Was this information helpful? |
