I bought a costly VIP laptop bag.There was a fabric problem in the bag after one month of buying it.
I took it to the VIP shop in lajpath nagar.The bag cloth is getting tear from sides.
Now, they are refusing for it's replacement

I had purchased one brief case Model No EBT BC XL. Serial No A L O- 039487 on 03/02/2011. The said suit case is purchased from Ginius Shop No.1 Hirgi Givraj Bldg Dr. Ambedkar Road. Parel Mumbai. The said suit case has develop crack from bottom and is under warranty, please do needful as early as possible to avoid complication in this complaint . The copy of Warranty card and cash Momo is attached with this mail.
