Virgin — gprs discount to automatic

i new sim card pechese in 10 feb 2013 .activate recharge in 201 gprs plane. but i have connect to gprs,to atomatically disccontcted to 25 minute. my no is [protected].

i have more time call in custmer care but. solution my problem, the no 125999 not be call connected i am caall [protected].but there is no responce me,, virgin custmer service not good.

plese argent solution my gprs service.
