I bought a virgin Data card (SIM No. A[protected]E3 04 V1.0) of cost Rs 2600. It worked only for one month. I did recharge for rupees 350 next month and its gone for ever. Its almost 4 month since i launched complaint about it. My complaint No. was VPR07001517. I made almost 20 calls regarding the problem to customer care ([protected]) every time i got the worst response after the sentence "WE ARE WORKING ON YOUR COMPLAINT AND IT WILL BE RECTIFIED WITHING NEXT 24 HOURS".
Just because of this worst experience with virgin Today I am bearing the loss. Thanks to Virgin that made me a TATA customer.
Still trying to activate my Virgin data card for which i have invested Rs. 3000. but unable to do the same.
