[Resolved] Virgin GSM — SUBSCRIBE CALLERTUNE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE

Dear Sir,
I am using Virgin GSM service([protected]) since 1-2 month. Yesterday(08,Dec 2010) I receive a phone call from Virgin GSM for subscribe Caller Tune,but I could not answered it, after few second dat call automatically diconnected.
But after few minutes,I got a message "You have subscribe Caller Tune Service for 20 days" and they detect 25 Rs. from my mobile main balance.
So I want to take immediately action upon Virgin GSM and renew my balance.

Given customer care numbers are incorrect and unable to recharge any denomination

Please help me with correct customer care number. They are not responding anything for my email. I have recharged with 252 for free incoming on roaming. After that it is not allowing me to do any denomination recharge
