[Resolved] Virgin Mobile — Customer Harassment /Fraud | |
Hi I am being harassed by virgin mobile since last 2 weeks. I lost my cell phone about 2 weeks before. I took a simcard from the kormangla ,bangalore shop near forum. He gave me a duplicate sim ,taking all documents for Rs 100. The shop is in the ground floor of forum. For around one and half weeks,he gave me an excuse that the sim is being not recognised by the network. After that He gave me a new duplicate sim yesterday and told it is going to be activated yesterday. Still the ulsoor people did not activate it. Today I went to the head office in Ulsoor and they immediately acted to activate it and said that it will be activated in 1/2 hour as the server is down. I went to my office . I found that it is not actiavted still even after 3 hrs. I have some telephonic interviews. Please resolve this issue asap and get me a compensation of atleast 5000 as I lost major interviews due to this irresponsible behaviour of virgin mobile.
