On 20/12/2009, I received a system generated phone call from Virgin advertising caller tune subscriptions, user can subscribe to any caller tune by pressing relevant option on their phone set. I did NOT selected any options but few minutes after the call I received a message from Virgin that caller tune 'All izz well' has been selected and deducted Rs. 30/- from my pre-paid account. I logged a complaint (complaint number: VTL[protected], no action has been taken yet, on the contrary I was told that i must have selected some option during the call. And to unsubscribe i have call at some number rates for which are at Rs. 6 per minute.
I have tried to talk to customer representatives many times, but no one cares. Was this information helpful? |
