I as a virgin mobile customer never expected such a worst service from Virgin brand , being a TATA subsidiary , you have failed to maintain and retain the Brand name.First of all very few stores are available for recharge , if available they doesn't know what denomination of the recharge coupons are available & their respective talk values.Iam holding the virgin mobile ([protected]) and i have done recharge for Rs-200 and i was shocked to see the talk value as Rs-103. this is ridiculous , after a long search i found the customer care number of virgin & after long waiting i was able to speak to customer where she explained that talk value will be only rs-103 as balance is charged against 50 sms free per month.Let me be clear, you dont have any direct or indirect rights to deduct the amount without prior permission from my end. Did i ask for any SMS & iam not a SMS user. All these details should be available at stores where the recharge is done. But he was helpless , he does not know any recharge value or talk values. I want my balance amount to be credited immdly. if this is kind of service if your are going to provide in future , iam sure definitely virgin will be not be preffered mobile of the customer. Being a consumer court member and a media person, i will definitely take this issue to the newspapers & write about your excellent service that you are providing and recommend to block your all ad published in in any form.
