Virgin Mobile (CDMA) — Unable to extend the validity

I am using your Virgin CDMA (Demo) service since last 2 to 3 years. And now my number is goes in grace period and there are no distributor available in kalyan to extend my validity, I also contacted TATA distributor to extend the validity for the same but they said “they don’t have any record for that number” and as well as they don’t have authority to get details for the same.
