Virgin Mobile India CDMA — Not Get Value on Top | |||
I have virgin mobile no [protected] with Life time validity. On Saturday 10th April 2010 at 09:18pm I did ETop up for Rs 75. But it has given only Message "Transaction of Rs.75.0 is done, ur balance is Rs. 10.92(this amt was already with me before recharge). Trans ID:20321082. After several tries (continueous trying about 30 min) when I connect to customer care and I asked about the same. They (Someon Mr. Pervez & 1 of his seniour) told me that the Etop had been charged to tarrif voucher instead of topup. I have told them that I am already buyed a tarrif plan and it is sufficient for my use. And I requested to transfer the amount to Etop account. They replied that, "Amount cant be transfered". Now, I think it is not the proper way of customer care. I feel very this is very disgusting and shameful &Virgin mobile is not a good service provider. Was this information helpful? | |||

Well, this is an IT related prob and applies to all operators. Special tariff vouchers cannot be reversed. The trick is to go for normal top-ups or if someone wants to be adventurous, better call up customer care, confirm the denomination of recharge and then go for the transaction. thanks.
