I have a Vflash postpaid internet connection number [protected]. From past 15 days, I am receiving more than 10 calls in the day by their customer care or their call center. In spite of telling them every time they keep on calling us to pay the bill, with everyday the frequency of calls is increasing. The issue has gone to so much extent that we have blocked that number by the service provider, and service provider sends us the message when ever they try to call us.
The number I am getting the calls is [protected]/561. They are getting entertained by irritating us, though we have already sent the mails as well on [protected]@virginmobile.in but no proper response has come from their end.
