[Resolved]  Virgin Mobile — Disgusting problems

i am really annoyed from one/two months since i am supposed to be expecting important calls and i didn't know virgin mobile just cant be trusted.

( i have had a lot of problems with tring tunes and recharges but it can be ignored atleast )

Firstly when someone called me it used to say that this number does not exist please check the number u have dialed.

After one week of complaining it started working properly and then just after merely 3 days when sm1 called me it was just a blank i mean no voice at all; no ring, no automated voice nothing just plain silence.

Then after some days when everything went fine

one fine day it says that my number is not active????

damn i'm using it since more than one year and this is disgusting.
i cant recharge,can recieve calls,
i cant even call customer care ; it just plainly says u cant call this number.

I'm just cursing myself for giving a virgin mobile number as my contact no.

You guys are useless jerks. No wonder there are only a few ones who have a virgin number. someday they would be flushing their phones too.

Never use a virgin mobile its useless. it doesn't even recognize its customers numbers . One fine day it would say this number does not exist and you'll have to run helter-skelter to get things solved.
