Dear Sir, I'm a VIRGIN MOBILE user. I want to port my service provider from virgin to some other service provider, but when I send the text PORT 8792XXXXX to 1900 I get no reply. I contacted my service provider they said it is not in our hands but in TRAI. They said me to wait for 24hours first, then 48hours and its been more than 4days now.
