Virgin Mobile — My complain nos. are VNT07027231 dated 24.06.10 and VNT07030739 dated 27.06.10

Dear sir,

With reference to the above complain no.we had already discussion lot with your customer care i want to mention some of the name like Sumit, Praveen, Virendra etc.but i didn't get any solution and i m very fedup with the service of custome care and the virgin mobile also.I am very good customer of virgin mobile since last 2 years my mobile no. is [protected].

I would again like to say you the whole story actually i repeated this story to all your custome care since 20.06.10, I got a call from the virgin mobile india by a girl i forgot the name and unfortuanatelly the number from which i got call. In that call the girl said to me that you are the good customer of virgin mobile i just want to know the reason why the virgin mobile sales decreasing day by day what you think what would be the reason, i just said becouse of the call rate you call rate is very higher than the other mobile company than she told me about the offer that if you recharge your phone by Rs.50 in which you will get talk time of Rs.60 and your call rate would be 1 Paise per second within 72 hours.I Confirm about this scheme by your custome care than he told me that ya this type of scheme is there but it is valid till 21.06.10 you can recharge your phone before 21.06.10.

After that i reachared my phone on 20.06.2010 by Rs.50 and i get talk time of Rs.43 and your customer care said balance rupees and benifit of 1 P/Sec you will get within 72 hours. I waited for 72 hours but i didn't get any rest balance and facility of 1 P/Sec.I register my complain on 24.06.10 and my complain no. is VNT07027231 they have given me the time of 24 hours for resolve my problem again i waited but didn't get any benifit.I got a call from your Chandigarh office on 27.06.10 in which he told that your complain is now resolve you can check your balance as well as call rate.I checked it but i didn't get any thing again i called your customer he gain register my complain and that no. is VNT07030739 on 27.06.10 in which he said you definetely get that benifit and all the call made by you after recharged or the extra call rate would be returned within 24 hours still i m waiting but didn't get that.I talk with your customer care but now he is saying that you recharged your phone wrong you can't gaet that benifit and you didn't get any call from the virgin mobile for this scheme......

Now the question is i already activited DND on my Number so how any one can call on my number on the behaf of virgin mobile...and if you register my complain you told that you definetely get that benifit than how you can say that this benifit is not for you...
One side your customer care said you will and one side you will get what is this? What you want from the custome? How will solve this problem and when? Hope you will solve my problem as soon as possible.
