[Resolved]  Virgin Mobile V 499 Postpaid Plan — unreasonably barred outgoing calls

I am based in Bangalore and due to some reason payment of April 2009 could not be paid required dates. I paid my Virgin phone bill of Rs. 328 at June 3, 2009 ( invoice no. 1210, Receipt[protected] at forum mall kiosk of Virgin mobile. They promised to start my outgoing within 24 hrs.but till June 9, 2009 they din't. They are saying that your bill is not paid yet. I am spending extra cost, rent of the days and lossing business opportunities because of bad service.
Please take action against Virgin Mobile for my economical and opportunity losses because this number is my business phone.
