I have purchased a vFlash data card on 15th of July 2010
I have written ample number of times to Virgin customer care about my complain, but my request is not entertained.
My Reference No of complaint[protected] dated 27th July 2010.
During time of purchase I was promised a laptop bag as a gift, to be shipped within 7 days. It is already over 3 weeks but nothing has been done so far.
Someone Mr. Sunder from Virgin customer care always replies to my mail that within next 24 hrs I will get a call which never happens.
It is a pathetic service. I will never recommend virgin vFlash to anybody. Virgin customer care has no respect for the sentiments of there customers.
These were the persons who sold me the vFlash and were in contact with me. They all have been mistreating me.
