[Resolved]  Visa — Information of the threat by Mrs Lyn Brian D’souza.

I am an British citizen living in the UK. My Sister Mrs Lyn Brian D’souza lives in 401, Daffodil Building, Marol Vijay Nagar, Andheri (east), Mumbai 400059, Maharashtra & wants to visit Uk (London). Hence she might have applied for a UK visa using my address as per the information received.

I would like to inform you that I have no further relationship with her & her family any more & should not be held responsible for her stay in the UK.

I also like to inform you that her son (Noel Brian D’souza)18 yrs of age has withdrawn his name from the Bales college and is not studding anymore. He lives with his friend in sharing one bed room house. He is suppose to return back at the end of this term

Mrs Lyn Brian D’souza would also be carrying a lot of food stuff
( which is not allowed under UK law), gold and other articles with her to sale in the UK to cover for her cost of travel, stay and visa fees.

As a British citizen I have a duty to inform. Now it is for the British high commission in Mumbai to decide regarding her visa status to be granted or not.

Kindly look into the matter & advise further.
