I have $13.11 from amazon.com /bill wa debit from my account from april 2019 till november 2019 i have not ordered anything from amazon, i have put a freeze on my account until this problem is solved. I request a refund, and an explaination why this is on my account.

I recharged my tatasky DTH with rupess 500 on 9th May 2014 .The recharge failed, but my money has not been creditted till now.
