Sir,I have a sbi card no.[protected] from Dec.05 and after using this card i had paid one or two premium of insurance after that i stop the payment but bank shown o/s and charge interest & penalty fees in every transaction i called customer care but not good response throught that now till date o/s is shown around seven thousand one hundred fifty eight (Rs.7158)- and from bank perople harasment is going on phone & ask for settlement of a/c but there was no o/s regarding any purchase so why i pay for that kindly confirm and do the needful i am in very tension after attending the call from banks so u r again requested to cooperate with me & remove all the charges from my a/c
