[Resolved]  Vishal Mega Mart — MISBEHAVE BY STAFF

I visited Vishal Mega Mart for first ( & probably the last) time at Civil Lines, Allahabad.

Its horrible & terrific over there. The staff attending at the counters don't have even least sense and shame of how to behave with ladies and children.

Poorly dressed as if belong to labour classed hired to save the cost of salaries

I picked up Two bottles of Fruit Juice ( under a scheme ) of different flavours and some other articles worth Rs. 150/= . While in the q light went off and a lady who was in front of me with his small baby asked her " How much time will it take Bhaiya ? ".No body replied. after 2 mins lady asked the same question and A boy who was at the second point over the counter very arrogantly said " If you have so much hurry then you can go". She was in hurry and passed leaving me first to the counter. The boys there passed ugly remarks on that lady and enjoyed the situation.

After 12 min when the generators were on .I asked them to make a bill for payment.

While scanning the Fruit Juice packet he said that you cant take this flavour as the item is not updated in our system list. You buy two packets of any other flavour. I said " So please update this I can wait for that" The boy in a very hostile manner asked me to return both packets and I was denied of giving the same. Then I asked where is your manager? They all said in one voice " He is on the Third Floor. Go and complaint him that we have denied. We will see what he can do for u". I asked the name of the manager. They said " Go and ask him only"

Then one of them took my other items and said " So much Kich-Kich for Rs150 items"

I was shocked and surprised at the attitude of the these Staff men.

What was my fault? That wasted my 35 min in shopping at such place.

I came out then noticed that there is a "undeclared Scooter Stand who charged me Rs.5/=

In my city there are other shopping malls ( well known ) but no body is charging for scooter & cycle stands. Its freee

I came to know from some one later that management of the Vishal Mega is involved in the scooter Stand business too.!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where should I complain , who is going to take action so that others who visit there may no get humiliated?
