[Resolved]  Vishal Mega Mart — Complaint about security lady

I visited at Vishal Mart at Mahavir Enclave New Delhi I went inside and after see rush in mall I went outside by mistake from the entry gate the security lady asked me rudely to went back and exit from exit gate I said it's Ok I didn't buy anything and I was at the half of the stairs then she started shouting at levels at me to get exit from exit gate only extremely in very loud voice and very ill mannered when she screaming I also started shouting that I will give complain to your manager I went inside and ask the person to see what her staff is behaving he went with me and the lady is still shouting in front of him also he didn't say a word even then He apologize from her side. I have to complain about that lady and also the mall supervisor as he cannot control his staff behavior and this type of misbehaviour will definitely lead to less customer less sale. If your staff will do such kind of misbehaviour then who will come there. I would have get back from the exit I told them but she started misbehaving I know she was doing her duty to rectify people but she is not having duty to misbehave with people
