Dear Sir, My name is Mohit Gupta I have purchased a t-shirt from vishal mega mart, sector - 14, Gurgaon branch of Rs. 100/-. The bill no. is[protected]. When I checked the t-shirt at home there was a hole in it and when i complained about the same to the store manager Mr. Kamal he refused to entertain the same and refused to exchange the garment. I would like to bring this to your kind notice that their way of handling the customer complaint is very pathetic. I request you to take some action against this. Dear Mohit, It has been a regular practice by Vishal Megamart people. I had a similar experience with them. I Purchased a Blazor on 17th january at 9:50 pm from their MahipalPur outlet. Later I found that it was oversize and when I went to their shop on 18th Jan 2010. They simply refused to exchange as they provided some discount. So funny. None of their staff know how to handle a customer. Their manager threatened to leave the shop immidiately or else he should call security people to through me out. Thats a great reward for being a Vishal mega mart customer.
