[Resolved] Vishal Mega Mart — Lack of Services & No proper Info | |||
Dear Sir I want to make a complaint against Vishal Mega Mart, Sec-14, Gurgaon Haryana. At billing counter mostly there are 40-50 people in a single Que. And suddenly the cashier leaves the counter and put the close board in front of the counter. and ask people to stand in some other que. People who were standing in que since last 45-60Mins again has to wait for 45-60mins in other que. Kindly take a proper action against them so that the time of customer is not wasted. Adequate amount of counter should be there so that people don't have to wait for such a long time. And if the cashier has to leave for somewhere proper info shoul be given to customer that this counter will be closed with next 20mins or so. I want to make a complaint against Vishal Mega Mart, Civil Lines, BATHINDA
At billing counter there is inadequate chiller i.e.(coins of 2, 5 etc..) and staff members did not bother about it and compel to take toffees for Rs.5 or etc. or to take product. Kindly take a proper action against them so that the customer will be satisfied.. Adequate amount at counter should be there so that people don't have to suffer .
