[Resolved] Vishal Mega Mart, Silver City, Lal Kaun Ghaziabad — Misbehave by the Manager Deepak Sharma
I went to the store on Tuesday[protected] and did a shopping for 4500 rupees and as per their offer on every 1500 rupees shopping 2 Kg of sugar of free, so i was entitled to get 6 Kg of sugar.
However sugar was not available so the manager of the store singed the bill that 6 kg sugar is pending and i need to call them up to check the availability
Now on Sunday when I am calling the number mentioned on the bill for the manager (Deepak Sharma,MOB# [protected],[protected])he is not picking my call and disconnecting the line.
Is this the way Vishal Dealers behave with their customers
It is really unacceptable i am really annoyed, Its not about the sugar its about the customer service has been offered
i want a call back on my mobile number [protected] with the proper explanation
