Vishal Mega Mart, Welcome Metro Ststion — misleading and unfair trade practices

this is to bring into light the unfair practices being adopted by vishal mega mart,welcome metro station delhi-53, which hurts the sentiments of the customers and they have to suffer financial loss also.i purchased a men's shirt worth rs199and trouser worth rs295 from there bill no[protected], dated[protected].i wanted to purchase a trouser of waist size 28.the same size was mentioned on the price tag when i purchased it.later on when i went home and i opened it i found it to be of size 30.it was mentioned near the zip of the trouser.
then i had to go again to change it.when i went there they said the same trouser is nt available in small size.but the employees were talking with each other that they have to face problems in exchanging it and the boss will shout at them just to make me fool.after sometime they told me select another one.i selected another one worth rs245 and told them to replace it.they took a lot of time to exchange it.when i asked for the balance of rs50 they said there is no balance left and showed me the price tag and rs295 was written on it.and they told me that you might remember another trouser's price.
but when i came home i saw the price tag carefully and i found that they cheated me.they pasted a new price sticker of rs295 on the original one of rs245 and it can be clearly seen.thats why they had taken a lot of time to exchange it..it was really a matter of great shock to me that for such a small amount they cheated me.it is a case of fraud it was done intentionly.
from the above stated i want you to take appropriate action against them so that they would not mislead anybody again.and i want the compensation for the stress i had to suffer and the financial loss also.and as a proof i have bill and price tags also.
