Sub:- Continuation of the construction in house no. E-36, Jeewan Park, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059 After being given the Stay-Order by the Delhi High Court. Delhi High Court Stay order copy submit at Bindapur Police Station Dt. 10/05/2010.

Respected Sir,
The construction is still going on in the House No. E-36, Jeewan Park, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059 Even being handovering the stay orders No. 8995/I DCH/orgl-1/A-1 by the Delhi High Court on 08/06/10 they are still inform. The photocopies of the Delhi High Court Stay order have been submitted many times in the Bindapur (Uttam Nagar) Police station. But No Positive action has been taken by the SHO of Bindapur Police Station. Its as insult of Honourable Delhi High Court that there orders are regretted. They have been caught doing the construction on 11th. June, 6th. July, 8th. July & 20th. July, 2010.
I request you to take the necessary steps. This would be really generous of you.
