[Resolved] VOGUE INDIA — TERRIBLE SUBSCRIPTION REGULARITY | |||
Hi, I'm a subscriber of Vogue and I must say that it was a terrible terrible decision. I subscribed by the end of May 2010 through a credit card payment and my first issue would be July's. Ever since I subscribed, I have had to call direxions to remind them that my issue is due for that particular month and they would send it by the end of the month and what is worse is that it would reach me in tatters. And, I still haven't received my magazines for the month of Sept, Oct & Nov 2010. I was promised that the Vogue beach kit and Kaya Skin clinic coupons, which is the subscription free gift, would reach me in August. Well, it still hasn't. I call direxions and nobody answers the phone!!!!! They've changed their venue during the meantime and I ring the new number and I have spoken to one Ms. Zoya several times and every single time I have had to reiterate my complaint like I was talking to someone new. What the hell???? It is such a pity but honestly, VOGUE sucks! Was this information helpful? | |||
