Dear Consumer Complaints,

I am from a institute of Fashion & Interior Designing, I have issued some lot of magazines for benefit of our students for their studies. Only after talking to their representative we send the subscription amount and name of the students in a group or in bulk so that each student have their own magazine.

But after sending the DD amount, they are not sending the magazines.

I'm a subscriber of Vogue and I must say that it was a terrible terrible decision. I subscribed by the end of May 2010 through a credit card payment and my first issue would be July's. Ever since I subscribed, I have had to call direxions to remind them that my issue is due for that particular month and they would send it by the end of the month and what is worse is that it would reach me in tatters.
