I have purchased 1 Ton Split AC in Feb 2010 and got the same installed on[protected] by paying rs. 1500/- to so called VOLTAS technician .
Now that day onwards i have faced water leakage issues with this machine and same were reported to the customer care at no's [protected]/[protected] vide diff. complaint no's ( one of them was 10JU2301084 dated 23.6.10 )
Today also a similar complaint has been lodged vide no. 10JL2402689 dated 24.07.2010 as excessive water is dropping out of the split AC Wall Unit forcing me to put off the machine.
Every time the technician is coming and spending some 15 minutes at my home making small changes in the cooling pipe ( gas pipe ) and leaves asking me to observe.
I would like to ask that how long it would continue like this, and why the machine or any part of it is not changed if the problem/issue is persisting.
You are requested to kindly HELP me in making VOLTAS to provide a permanent solution to this issue.
