Dear Sir,madam,
On 24.05.13 I had complained to voltas service centre Complaint no.13MY2502494. The complaint was regarding malfunction of air conditioner.On25.05.13 I was attended by the technicians from voltas .Opened up the AC and tried it out with the main pover supply.I kept observing them they used the same power socket in which the AC was plugged in earlier without checking its continuity and concluded pcb is faulty.I felt duped because the MCB for the socket in which they checked the AC was tripped and they showed me nothing in working on the PCB side .Let us consider it to be all fine I was told pcb as to be repaired and charges will be 2100 RS and they will fit the ac back within 3 days.after 3 days they came with pcb when i inspected it no repair was done on it.when i asked the technicians they said they have no clue about the repairs i called up the shop through which they came that is R.S.Enterprises working for voltas as service frenchise mob.no [protected] was also clue less about repairs they could not give me the answer because of a very simple reason there was no repair work carried out on the pcb. Now after 3 days when they tried it out it was working fine but now they found relay is not working which was also gone to the service centre as a part of pcb enclosure . that means pcb was never gone for check up and they are duping me .
I am feeling cheated humiliated and harrased by this service frenchise because it may be more than 20 times I have called them but they saying tomorrow every time its been 7 days in this peak summers and the ac is not repaired as yet .
Today on 02.06.2013 I called them up and they bluntly refused to have my part with them this is veri ironic state
I am seeing a tough time I have a 2 months old baby at home to be taken care off and in these summer hours I am finding it difficult wit small child at home.
Sir,Madam I request you to look into the matter and sort this impractical service provider .So that he should be aware of providing services in the future n and to stop these kind of practices in future.
