dear sir /madam ,
After 2-3 days close follow up , today our issue was attended by service person from volatas authorised service centre SWIFT AIR CARE , NOIDA .
They were saying colling is not happening as gas has been leaked out again and were asking for Rs.1800 for refilling , for which i have clearly refused .
Kindly put my concern to Voltas management , of giving defective AC and then asking for charge for gas filling within a perios of 1 year .
I am again putting stress on below points .
1. I have been provided with defective AC due to which gas is getting leaked again and again - where as i know lot of personS who had never filled gas in last 2-3 years.
2. After filling gas , we had operated AC just for 15 days and now started in last week . Why gas leaked out automatically ?
3.Why the service person do not check for leakage properly at the time of gas refilling ?
4. Reason for free gas filling is being said as warranty period is over on mar - 10 . How we can detect gas leakage without operating AC ?
5.Delhi dealer ALPS engineering failed to do service on time , for which he has already been paid by you , due to his own other engagements , with whom we were doing follow up for last 1.5 months .If he should have turned up before warranty period is over , we should have informed about gas leakage on time and should have got the gas filled freely .
6.We do not expect such low class service from VOLTAS like reputed organisation , due to brand name of which we had purchased AC.
Hope your management will understand the issue and do favourable action at the earliest .
if you can send any telephone number service manager who can understand our grievance , will be of much gratitiude .
