This is in regards with the complaint of Voltas vertis plus window AC,
Few days back I have registered a request for AC services, for which an engineer visited and completed the work but just after very next day “FAN MOTOR” had stopped working for which I have registered a complaint “11AP0406084”, for which another engineer visited to repair the same, as per him there was water logging in the fan motor during last wet service, because of which it had jammed.
To repair it he had put some oil in it and done the temporary adjustment in vein as it stopped on very next day.
I have called your customer care for the reopening of the previous complaint. On Sunday one gentleman MR VishwasSharma ([protected]), who claimed to be the manager of the repair center. He reassured that he would send some one and replace the FAN MOTOR. But no one turned up till today. Now when I am trying contacting him he is not picking up the call.
More over some one named DD Sharma called for the details and I am sorry to say the way he communicated was extremely rude. He was adamant for the bill copy and was repeating only one thing warrantee is over and I have to pay the damage. Now complaint desk is not ready to take complaint also. As the engineer had mention the remarks that I have not paid for the services where as I have the receipt 250 for the same.
Now my question is this why should I pay for your engineer’s mistake, it was his mistake, he mishandled my stuff and done the damage.
I think it was my mistake I have purchased your product and opted the pathetic service of your company.
I am writing this complaint by hoping some one would turn up to resolve customers concern.
