[Resolved]  Voltas Vertisplus I Window AC — it's nt working properly and now technician is visiting from voltas after about 5 complaints

i have bought an AC(voltas vertis plus i), it is not working since 11/07/2010, i had complained for it in the customer care of voltas. on 12/07/2010 a technician from voltas arrived and checked it, then he told me that the fan is not working properly and need to be replaced.. since then there is no response from him or the company, the no's he gave me are not working, i again complained on 14th,15th and even today... but still no technician has arrived...
this is the main reason why i ma complaining and need immidiate response..
