Dear Sir,
I beg to say that I purchased A.C machine from your authorized dealer
M/S BHARAT ELECTRICO, KAMLA NAGAR, DELHI-7,
Dated:-29/04/2010, Rs-20,000
S.R.NO.-4010903/A/09/K/031186 (1.5 ton),
but A.C machine is not working properly. I have complained in your
service centre and your technicians came here thirteen times in
five months for checking the A.C machine,
but still we are facing the same problem .
I request you to kindly replace my full A.C machine.
