[Resolved]  Voter Id Card — wrong spelling of name

Hello,
My name is Shahid Perwez Ansari and my father name is Faiyaz Ahmed Ansari.
In my voter card my name spelling is Said Parvaz son of Sidique Ansari.
Can you please guide to get it corrected.

Respected Sir,
My full name is "Sridhar" but in my voter id(CWS4268140), it is printed "Srithar".My Father Name is Mr."Gowrappan", But it's Printed "Gourappan" and My Date of Birth is "[protected]" In the Voter ID it's mention as "[protected]". My full address is "ward no:01, 1/40 th Mariyamman Koil Street, Alangkuppam-635814(Tamil Nadu)" but it is printed "Wardno:02, MurukarKoilStreet, Alankuppam, Alagkuppam(p), Vellore-635814.for those correction regarding my father went more than 20 times to collector office, and also Thasildhar office from Jan2009 onwards.But I still Didn't Received Any single response from the Consultant Officers. I have to make corrections in my voter id.I have all the supporting papers for those corrections.Plz inform me the right way to do it???.Because of this Problem I unable to get a Income tax permanet Acc No.and i unable to pay any tax.

My name is PRITPAL KAUR and my husband name is HARINDER SINGH. In voter id card my name is correct but my husband's name is misspell, that is HARVINDER SINGH . Plz change that in voter id card b'coz i can't opening my bank account so plz help...
