[Resolved]  Voter Id Card — name not found in the voter list

Dear Sir,
I regret to inform you that the name of my all family members are not exist in the voter lists.
We submited the form 6 with 2 photographs, address proof, but name are not include in the voter list.

My father's have also a voter card by the no. of-UP/15/070/213001-Om Prakash Srivastava
Fathers name-Brij Bahadur lal
Mohlla-tharwarnganj
Tehsil-lakhimpur
Dist-kheri

My mothers have also a voter card by the no. of-UP/15/070/213002-Prabha Srivastava

in district lakhimpur-kheri.
But my father & mother name are not exist in any voter list of
lakhimpur.

please take some action asap.
