sir, i and my wife get wrong title voter id cards from your distribution center before near about 2 years.while the cards are wrong we applying for rectify all are correct in voter list in 2009 before loksabha election. but the cards are not dispatch from your office for us and this is said by your distribution center. so, request you to send the cards and taken back wrong cards . details are given below. sir, i get my voter i card with surname missing, when i approach the election officers they tell me fill form no. 8 with complete documents.I do the same and submitted that to them.they told me that you can collect it after 15 days.And now its already one month passed and now they are saying that again fill some form with a charge of Rs. 25.and again wait.Please tell me what to do?

i get my voter i card with surname missing and also my husband's surname is wrong. where i apply to rectify this and how. I am residing in Mahavir Enclave-I, Palam, New Delhi

Please help me. I want to apply for PAN Card and due to wrong name in VOter I card i can't do this.
